All visits to the impound yard are by appointment only. Please call in advance to schedule your visit.

If your vehicle is being released directly to your insurance company, the following is required:
Must be current and unexpired (Driver’s License or Passport). Your identification may be provided electronically through email or text message.
Can be provided in writing or verbally over the phone
If ownership of the vehicle has changed after the impound, you must provide the updated title as proof of ownership.
Vehicles must have valid, unexpired registration to be driven off the lot. If the vehicle’s registration is expired, you must present current registration documentation before release.
Each customer is allowed one complimentary visit to the yard during normal business hours. Appointments scheduled after 5:00 PM on weekdays or anytime on weekends are subject to a $50 after-hours service fee. Any additional visits to the yard will incur a $50 fee per visit.
Vehicles that are not claimed by the registered owner within 60 days will be processed for auction. Following the sale, the registered owner will be responsible for any remaining balance, which may be forwarded to a collections agency.
If you would like to send someone to the yard on your behalf, you must provide a copy of your valid photo ID along with either written or verbal authorization granting that individual permission to access or take care of your vehicle.
If you have sold your vehicle but still appear as the registered owner, you are required to file a Transfer Pending with the DMV to document that you are no longer in possession of the vehicle. Once completed, you must contact our office to notify us that the transfer has been filed.
