Private Property Impound Contracts

Impound services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Agreements remain in effect until terminated by either party through written notice or communication. Each contract is valid for 12 months after signing.

We do not impound motorhomes, campers, or RVs.

A designated list of authorized individuals will have the ability to submit PPI requests for each property. This ensures that only you and the individuals you have specifically chosen are allowed to make impound requests. 

We only impound on commercial properties within Anchorage and Eagle River. We do not offer impounding for small residential properties. All properties are subject to pre-approval before a contract is offered to the property owner. 

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not disclose your name or personal information to unauthorized parties. 

Contract fee must be paid at signing and if you wish to renew your contract after the first 12 months. 

Available for purchase in office (must be posted at least 24 hours before impounding begins).

Only applies to vehicles that have clearly been abandoned i.e. missing wheels, broken windows, major body damage. Any vehicles that look to be in operating condition aren't subject to this fee.
